Please read our terms and conditions carefully before booking your activity with Agadir Guide Tours. By confirming a tour, you agree to the following terms:
Booking Process
All reservations must be made in advance.
Currently, we accept bookings through the following channels:

Email
Once we confirm your booking, we will provide the meeting details and pickup time by message or call.
Payments
We operate on a “Pay on Arrival” policy.
You do not need to pay in advance. Payment is made in cash or by other available local options at the time of the tour.
In some cases, we may request a deposit for private tours or special services.
Cancellations & Modifications
If you wish to cancel or modify your booking, please notify us as soon as possible through:

We are flexible and understand that travel plans may change. There is no cancellation fee if you inform us at least 12 hours before the scheduled tour.
Pickup & Tour Conditions
All tours include hotel pickup and drop-off, unless otherwise stated.
Please be ready at the specified time to avoid delays.
Some tours may be affected by weather or local conditions. In such cases, we will contact you to reschedule or offer an alternative.
Liability Disclaimer
Agadir Guide Tours is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage during our excursions.
Participants join tours at their own risk and should ensure they have appropriate insurance coverage if necessary.
