These terms govern all bookings and services made through Agadir Guide Tours. By confirming a tour with us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Booking & Confirmation
All reservations must be made in advance. Currently, we accept bookings through the following channels:
- Phone Call
Once we confirm your booking, we will provide the meeting details and pickup time by message or call.
2. Payment — Pay on Arrival
We operate on a “Pay on Arrival” policy. No deposit is required to reserve your booking. Payment is made in cash, or by other available local options, at the time of the tour.
3. Cancellations & Changes
If you wish to cancel or modify your booking, please notify us as soon as possible through:
- Phone Call
We are flexible and understand that travel plans may change. There is no cancellation fee if you inform us at least 12 hours before the scheduled tour.
4. Weather & Operational Conditions
Some tours may be affected by weather or local conditions. In such cases, we will contact you to reschedule or offer an alternative.
5. Pickup & Meeting Arrangements
- All tours include hotel pickup and drop-off, unless otherwise stated.
- Please be ready at the specified time to avoid delays.
6. Liability
Agadir Guide Tours is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage during our excursions. Participants join tours at their own risk and should ensure they have appropriate insurance coverage if necessary.
7. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
